The remaining matches in the Premier League weekend all come along on Sunday on a day where the race for the Champions League and European places could take yet another twist on after a week where all sorts of surprise results have already taken place.
Despite there being fans at the FA Cup final on Saturday, we are a couple of days away from supporters in Premier League grounds which means that once again all four matches will be live on the TV for us in the UK.

Preview
The action starts off in the capital where the first two matches will be played out. Selhurst Park is the first venue to see action when Crystal Palace continue to wind their season down against an Aston Villa side who for me are the better team but could be carrying some heavy legs after playing on Thursday evening. The second match of the day sees Tottenham looking to move into the top six and with it the European places for next season. In order to get in there they will need to see off a Wolverhampton Wanderers who are ticking time down on a disappointing campaign.
Liverpool then continue their bid to be playing Champions League football next season when they make a trip to the midlands to take on a West Bromwich Albion side who are already relegated and preparing for the Championship next term. The other Merseyside club take on one of the other teams who will be in the second tier next season to round off the day when Everton continue their quest for European football when they host Sheffield United.
Betting
We have to wait until the final match of the day for our bet to come along which means it is in the clash between Everton and Sheffield United. I’ve regularly highlighted the indifferent home form of the Toffees this season and profited from it on a number of occasions but I don’t expect them to lose this one. The concern would be that they only played on Thursday evening but this match comes later enough to have assisted their preparation.
Sheffield United just don’t score enough goals for my liking. Even though they have been relegated for a while nothing has changed. They have scored three times in their last 12 matches and once in their last five. That isn’t good enough and now they have the off field issue with Oli McBurnie and an injury to Oliver Burke to hamper them. Everton have James Rodriguez back for this match which should help them create chances and with Dominic Calvert-Lewin in decent form and Richarlison always a danger I expect Everton to win this and recent history suggests that having kept clean sheets in four of their last six and now against a goal shy side, that the Everton win should be without conceding.
