This extended run of Premier League matches continues on Sunday when another four fixtures take place one after the other on a second day in a row where the title could be decided, although much of the day is about the race for the top four and European spots next term.
As always we have all four matches live on TV in the UK including a match on terrestrial television once again so even though the weather is set to pick up, there is still the opportunity to watch wall to wall football again.
Sunday’s fixtures are as follows: (UK kick off and TV in brackets)

Preview
The action begins at Molineux where two sides who struggle to score goals meet in a match you hope the lack of a competitive edge on it will make it a decent spectacle but would be surprised if that is the case as Wolverhampton Wanderers host Brighton and Hove Albion. There is much more at stake in the second match of the day where Manchester United head to Villa Park to take on Aston Villa knowing that if they lose they will crown Manchester City as champions. That is largely the only motivation left for United against a Villa side whose season is fading away a little despite their win at Everton last weekend.
Everton are still hoping to be involved in European football next term and if those hopes are to remain intact then you would think they would have to go to West Ham United and win in the third game of the day. The Hammers haven’t given up top four hopes yet but having seen Chelsea and Liverpool win this weekend already, they know only a win here will keep them in touch in that race. The action concludes at the Emirates Stadium where Arsenal will look to produce something much better than we saw in midweek when they host a West Bromwich Albion side whose relegation will be confirmed if they lose the game.
Betting
There is only one bet that I like over the course of the day on Sunday and that comes in the third game of the afternoon where I’m expecting plenty more goals in a match involving West Ham United. We saw on Monday night that David Moyes is just going to go for it now as he bids to lead the Hammers into the Champions League for the first time in the history of the revamped competition. He started at Burnley with plenty of attackers on the pitch and they kept on coming.
There is no reason why Everton won’t go the same way here too because they are no longer going to eek their way into a European spot which has been their aim all season. They are going to have to get the ball down and force their way in so I’m expecting a pretty open game, one where neither defence has looked watertight without the added openness reasoning on top of it. Over 2.5 goals remains a perfectly acceptable price despite the clear intent from Moyes on Monday night and I’m happy to be on that once again here.
