We have another day of action in the Championship League Snooker competition inside the Mattioli Arena in Leicester on Friday as eight more players compete in the two groups looking to book their spot in the next round.
It is a day where we one of the top 16 players in the draw involved and he will headline a day which could be competitive outside of him as two more spots in the next stage of the first full tournament of the year get filled.

Preview
The action on Table One will be all about the top 16 star involved in the group in the form of Zhang Anda. This is a big start to the season for the Chinese ace because he’ll lose his points earned from winning the International Championship midway through the campaign and although he can’t earn much in this event, he can build confidence for what is to come. He should like his draw here. Ka Wai Cheung is the second seed and he hasn’t achieved much in his career to date while the same can be said of the third seed Chris Totten. George Pragnell makes up the quartet in this group and he is in as an amateur.
Group 32
Fixtures
Daniel Wells vs Ng On Yee

Preview
The action looks somewhat more competitive over on Table Two on Friday where we have Daniel Wells as a top seed. He has needed a number of players above him in the rankings to drop out for that to be the case so he could be vulnerable as a top seed. He Guoqiang will hope that is the case because he is the second seed in this group and looking to extend a good start to the tournament for the Chinese players after Yuan Sijun and Wu Yize dominated their groups in the last couple of days. Leone Crowley is the third seed in the group and he is new to the tour while Ng On Yee completes the players in this section as the fourth seed in it. This feels wide open.

Betting
I was hoping that Daniel Wells would be the favourite for the group on table two on Friday but that isn’t the case so once again we are left with the match betting. In truth, there isn’t too much that I like in the match betting either. On the main table it would be a surprise if Zhang Anda doesn’t win all three matches but that is more than accounted for in the prices while the main two look well clear of the other two over on table two.
That leaves us with the second match on the main table where there does actually feel a little bit of juice in the price of Ka Wai Cheung to beat Chris Totten. Totten hasn’t really done much since coming back onto the tour and he suffered a couple of convincing beatings in the qualifying matches last week. Ka Wai Cheung ran into a Dave Gilbert who was on one but then he scored brilliantly well in getting the better of Jonas Luz to make it into the British Open and the confidence from that can see the Hong Kong man open up his day with a win here.
Tips
Back Ka Wai Cheung to beat C.Totten for a 3/10 stake at 2.38 with Sky Bet
