A wacky weekend in Major League Soccer concludes on Sunday evening with two very attractive looking matches as both Conference leaders are in action. There have been some surprising results in this round of games already and there is the potential for two more here.
The first of the two matches is live on TV for us in the UK to enjoy and then there are many streams to get a watch of the second one with. The quality should be high and with it being a Bank Holiday on Monday there is no reason not to enjoy that action!

DC United vs New York City FC (21.00)
The first match of the night comes from the Eastern Conference where the top side play the bottom one as DC United host New York City FC. These two have already met once this term which finished goalless over at Yankee Stadium.
I don’t see this one being without goals however. New York City are going to have to open up as they go in search of a much needed first win while DC United are dynamite in front of goal at home, but we’ve seen when things go wrong they can leak goals alarmingly too. We saw that NYC can ship them as well when they drew 3-3 in Minnesota last week.
I expect to see over 2.75 goals here. I think we’ll see an entertaining match. DC United only know one way at home and that is to have a go and NYC can counter attack so we should get something of an end-to-end match and with the quality of attacking players on show I’m expecting at least three goals but most likely four. I think the over is almost a bet to nothing.

Los Angeles FC vs Seattle Sounders (00.00)
When the Eastern clash is done the top two in the Western Conference heading into the weekend get it on when Los Angeles FC host the Seattle Sounders in a match which could give us an early indication in where the West could be controlled by this term.
Los Angeles FC have been excellent so far this season but go into this match off the back of their first defeat of the campaign having lost to Vancouver Whitecaps in midweek. Seattle Sounders have also started the season strongly and a win over Toronto FC last week should have given them a lot of confidence heading into this match.
Both these teams play to win and look to get on the front foot even if it leaves a little defensive vulnerability to their set up and that should account for a decent game of football. Nobody have scored more in MLS this term than LAFC while Seattle average more than two a match themselves. The over is the pick here too.
