Once the action in London concludes, Week 5 of the NFL season continues on Sunday when the American matches take place, the bulk of them in those usual two kick off slots where plenty of competitive football will be on show.
Even though we had the London game live on TV, there are still the usual two more matches for us in the UK to enjoy while the Red Zone show can keep us up to date with the key action in all the other matches. Many of them are available on the bookmaker streams too.
1pm Kick Offs (6pm UK time)
The TV game in the first of the kick off slots for us on Sunday sees the improving Cincinnati Bengals going up against the old stager Aaron Rodgers and his Green Bay Packers side who have now won their last three matches after that absolute nightmare of a showing in the first week of the campaign. Seven other matches take place first up on Sunday with two of them coming from the same division. One of those comes in the NFC North where the Minnesota Vikings host the Detroit Lions. In the AFC South the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Tennessee Titans.
That leaves us with five other matches, one of which sees the Carolina Panthers looking to bounce back from losing their unbeaten record last week when they host the Philadelphia Eagles while the Houston Texans take on the New England Patriots. Pittsburgh Steelers will be looking to finally get something going from their season when they host the Denver Broncos while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be aiming for another win when they welcome the Miami Dolphins in an all-Florida battle. The Washington Football Team hosts the New Orleans Saints in the other game.

4.05/4.25pm Kick Offs (9.05/9.25pm UK time)
Given all the matches are all the different times around the world this week there are just four matches in the later of the two slots, with the latest battle of one of the biggest rivalries in the NFL being the one we all get to enjoy on the TV in the UK. That sees the Dallas Cowboys taking on the New York Giants in the NFC East. There is also a divisional game within these four matches as the only unbeaten team in the league, Arizona Cardinals, host their NFC West rivals San Francisco 49ers.
Two other matches take place in this kick off slot on Sunday evening with two AFC West sides at home. The Las Vegas Raiders saw their unbeaten start go last week when they went down to the Los Angeles Chargers. They will aim to get back on track when they host the Chicago Bears. In the other match the aforementioned Chargers will look to come up with a way to combat the run game of the Cleveland Browns in a battle of two 3-1 teams.
Betting
The point spread for the Arizona Cardinals has inevitably gone up a couple of points with the news that Jimmy Garoppolo and George Kittle are both out of the match for the San Francisco 49ers, but I think their absences account for much more than a two point swing. Sure Trey Lance is the future of the 49ers franchise but it is a big ask to go on the road to an unbeaten team in his first start in the NFL and to do it without the leading San Francisco receiver isn’t going to help him any either.
He is probably going to need to lead the 49ers to a number of points here because this Arizona Cardinals offense, led by the MVP leading candidate through four weeks Kyler Murray, is in great touch at the minute and putting teams to the sword. The other issue for Lance is he goes up against a very strong Cardinals pass rush which is allowing their secondary the freedom to make better reads and better plays. This was a tough ask for the Niners before the two significant injuries. It looks a lot harder now so I’m on the home side to cover 4.5pts here.
