The third to last full fixture list of the Sky Bet League 2 continues on Saturday afternoon. Going into the round of matches we know the first team to be promoted from the division and we could see two more exit it on Saturday.
There is still plenty to play for with 16 of the 24 sides still mathematically able to do something this season and you can make that 17 with Accrington still playing for the title so this has an important look to it.
Saturday’s fixtures are as follows:
Barnet v Newport County
Cambridge United v Cheltenham Town
Carlisle United v Luton Town
Crewe Alexandra v Morecambe
Exeter City v Crawley Town
Forest Green Rovers v Chesterfield
Lincoln City v Colchester United
Mansfield Town v Port Vale
Notts County v Yeovil Town
Swindon Town v Grimsby Town
Wycombe Wanderers v Accrington Stanley
Big Matches
There is no doubting where the big match on Saturday comes from. It is clearly at Adams Park where Wycombe Wanderers in third host already promoted Accrington Stanley. I think social media is a good indication of the good times Accrington have had since getting promoted so it will be interesting to see how they go. The big match from my own point of view comes at Brunton Park where my beloved Luton Town will be promoted should they win at Carlisle. They may end up promoted even if they lose but they confirm it themselves with a win.
Best of the Rest
Barnet could say goodbye to the Football League on Saturday if Grimsby Town better their result at home to Newport. Grimsby head to out of form Swindon while the other side in bother down at the bottom are Chesterfield. They go to Forest Green knowing if they lose and Grimsby win their second successive relegation will be confirmed. The other game of note sees Exeter hosting Crawley in a must win match for the home side.

Betting
I’m going to go with one bet over the course of the day and it comes in the form of Notts County who I think have the perfect fixture against a Yeovil side who are playing for nothing now and who are ravaged by injuries and suspension.
Notts County have only lost two matches at Meadow Lane this season and it won’t be lost on them that Wycombe could slip up on Saturday so a win for the Magpies would have them right back in the automatic promotion mix. Notts County have won their last two matches and given the struggles for personnel and lack of motivation Yeovil have plus the game they have in their legs from midweek I’m expecting a home win here.
