December is upon us which means there is a lot of football to be played and that includes a midweek round of fixtures in the Premier League, which gets underway on Tuesday evening with four matches on a tough looking card.
Much of the focus on the evening will be on the bottom section of the table but we do have the champions in action in the live game on the TV to add a bit of profile to the night. The other games look extremely competitive.

Preview
The main match comes from Vicarage Road as Watford take a shot at being the first side to beat Manchester City this season. They have not looked like being beaten this season so it will be interesting to see if the Hornets fare any better. They go into the game off the back of tame losses to Liverpool and Leicester so could do with a result.
In the other matches Bournemouth play host to Huddersfield at the Vitality Stadium while Brighton take on Crystal Palace in the latest instalment of their rivalry. The other match sees a couple of sides looking to back up weekend wins doing battle when West Ham take on Cardiff City in a match that is guaranteed to be full of passion.

Betting
Cardiff City are making a decent fist of things in terms of attempting to stay up but their best form has all come at home and on the road their only point has come in a goalless draw at Huddersfield. They only have two goals to their name away from the Cardiff City Stadium and should be there for the taking for West Ham. West Ham have had some tricky fixtures at home this term but they have held Chelsea and beaten Manchester United so Cardiff should hold no difficulties for them. I think they’ll cover a 0.75 goal handicap.
