The Vitality Blast continues on Sunday with four matches up and down the country with the South Group getting most of the attention. The North Group is much more advanced than the South so there is much to play for on Sunday.
We have one TV match which is the last of the four to begin but the other three will have either a live stream or radio commentary not to mention all the social media coverage for us to keep up to date with.
Sunday’s fixtures are as follows:
Worcestershire vs Lancashire (14.30)
Sussex vs Hampshire (14.30)
Glamorgan vs Kent (14.30)
Somerset vs Middlesex (16.00)
Preview
The TV match comes from Taunton where Somerset will hope to move up to third in the South Group table when they host a Middlesex side who really need to win if they are going to get anywhere. Speaking of sides who need to win that is very much the case for Hampshire when they head to Sussex with the other match seeing Kent having the chance to go back to the top when they travel to face Glamorgan. The one match in the North Group sees third placed Worcestershire playing host to leaders Lancashire in what looks like a big clash.

Betting
Sadly the forecast up and down the country on Sunday is not the best with the only match where there looks to be a chance of proper action being the TV match. As it happens there is a bet I like in that contest.
I don’t rate Middlesex at all and now they have lost Dwayne Bravo to the Caribbean Premier League. Somerset have already beaten Middlesex this season and Bravo was probably Middlesex’s best player that evening so that certainly doesn’t bode well for them. Since then Somerset have signed Jerome Taylor to boost their bowling resources. With plenty of batting depth and good variety in their attack I think the home side can see off a grossly average Middlesex side.
Tips
WON – Back Somerset to beat Middlesex for a 4/10 stake at 1.80 with Ladbrokes
