After a comfortable win for Toronto FC on Friday night, we have nine more matches from the MLS to enjoy on Saturday evening as both Conference begin to take shape as we head towards the double figures stage for matches played.
The leaders in both Conferences are in action on Saturday while the chasing pack are also on show so we should be set for a really good night in a league which is fast becoming one of the best to watch in the world.
Saturday fixtures are as follows: (UK kick off time in brackets)
Montreal Impact vs New England Revolution (18.00)
New York Red Bulls vs New York City FC (18.55)
Minnesota United vs Vancouver Whitecaps (19.00)
Los Angeles FC vs FC Dallas (20.55)
Seattle Sounders vs Columbus Crew (21.00)
Chicago Fire vs Atlanta United (01.30)
Houston Dynamo vs Los Angeles Galaxy (01.30)
Sporting Kansas City vs Colorado Rapids (01.30)
San Jose Earthquakes vs Portland Timbers (03.30)
Big Matches
We have two matches that are live on TV in the UK on Saturday evening. The first of those is the first New York derby of the season as the New York Red Bulls host the New York City FC side in what should be a cracking contest. The other live game is the one between Los Angeles FC and FC Dallas in the Western Conference.
Best of the Rest
There are a couple of other tasty looking same Conference clashes over the course of the evening. Chicago Fire taking on Atlanta United is a good one while Houston Dynamo host the Los Angeles Galaxy in another one. The leaders of the West, Sporting Kansas City host the Colorado Rapids while all eyes will be on the Seattle Sounders to see if they can kick start their season into life. They face the Columbus Crew.

Betting
After bagging a winner in the Friday night match I’m not going to go too mad here. There are a couple of bets that I’m not taking that I like the lines for but sadly the price is not enough to lure me in. I will go in with one though.
I don’t think it will surprise many that I fancy goals between the Chicago Fire and Atlanta United. Chicago matches are containing goals at both ends at the present time while Atlanta United are the leading scorers in MLS who do nothing but attack in number. We should remember that Chicago have last season’s Golden Boot winner in Nemanja Nikolics while Josef Martinez and Miguel Almiron both lead the way this season. This looks to have plenty of goals in it so I’ll take over 2.75 in this one.
Tips
HALF WON – Back Chicago Fire vs Atlanta United – Over 2.75 goals for a 4/10 stake at 1.80 with BetVictor
