Premier League – Saturday 15th October Matches Betting Preview

The Premier League returns from the international break on Saturday and we have seven matches over three kick off times to entertain us. It is a day which sees the league’s top three sides all in action while things might get a little clearer at the bottom of the table too on what is potentially a big day in the top flight.

Early Kick Off

The last two champions meet at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea host Leicester to get the day underway. Both sides will be looking to move a few places up the table for a few hours with a win so this should be a competitive start to the day.

3pm Matches

There are five matches where they should be on Saturday. The leaders Man City play host to Everton in arguably the match of the day. Second placed Tottenham head to West Brom while the bottom two collide when Stoke play Sunderland at the Britannia. Arsenal host new Swansea coach Bob Bradley and his team at the Emirates and Bournemouth take on Hull City.

Late Game

The day of football finishes with a London derby as Crystal Palace take on struggling West Ham at Selhurst Park. Depending on other results Palace could move up to fifth with a win here while the Hammers will be looking to pull away from danger at the bottom end of the table.

Betting

There is just one bet that I like in this series of matches and we have to wait right through the day for it to arrive as it comes in the late game. I like Crystal Palace to see off West Ham. West Ham have had a rough time of it so far this season with defensive injuries really doing them some damage and a trip to Palace probably isn’t what they need right now.

Palace are in the middle of a decent run at the minute with Christian Benteke firing the goals to secure points and victories for them and he’ll go into the match full of confidence having scored for his country in midweek. That spells danger for a West Ham defence that has been leaking goals for a while so I’m with Palace here.

Tips

Back Crystal Palace (-0.25AH) to beat West Ham for a 4/10 stake at 1.84 with 12bet
