The final match of a busy Sunday in the NFL which began in London will finish in Seattle as the Seattle Seahawks play host to the Indianapolis Colts in what could actually be surprised as a pretty low key match for the Sunday Night Football.
One thing it shouldn’t be is mistaken as a nothing match because both sides will be desperate for the win to get themselves back to 2-2 for the season after both have begun with 1-2 records.
Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks can kind of be forgiven for what would be seen as a weak beginning to the campaign. They have had two tricky road matches in Green Bay and Tennessee to contend with and they went down narrowly in both. The concern could come from the fact that they looked very average in beating a seen to be poor San Francisco side.
Seattle will want to put in a good performance on offense in this match just to silence the ever increasing set of doubters in their attacking prowess, or lack of it. They need to establish a way to run the ball effectively. That would open up the entire offense and we are likely to see the real Seahawks as a result of that.
Indianapolis Colts
It is hard to assess the Indianapolis Colts at the present time because they have been without their starting quarterback Andrew Luck for the entire season to date. Jacoby Brissett has done what he can but his numbers are only truly ordinary and their running game has not been given the chance to get going.
The Colts did pick up a win last week though. It wasn’t convincing but it was a win and it is something to build on but beating the Cleveland Browns is one thing. Winning in Seattle is quite another and that is the problem they face going into this match. If they can defend well though they would have half a chance.

Betting
I would expect Seattle Seahawks to win this match but whether they are showing the form to win it by more than a dozen points I am a little more dubious. That said I wouldn’t really want to put a significant amount on the Colts producing enough to stay within a dozen so this is not the easiest match to bet on.
One bet I am more comfortable taking is for the Indianapolis Colts to score fewer than 15pts in the match. They only score nine against Los Angeles Rams and 13 against the Arizona Cardinals. The Seahawks defence is just as tough as those so the under may be the way to play the Indianapolis points market.
