The Ram Slam T20 Challenge continues on Sunday with two more matches in the competition in a double header from Cape Town. That means not only do we get to see two T20 matches in the one day but we get to see them from one of the most picturesque arenas in world cricket.
It is a big day at the bottom end of the table with the lower three sides playing. With the leaders not in action the four sides playing have the chance to get a little closer to the Titans as we hit the halfway mark in the league phase after this double header.

Warriors vs Highveld Lions
The opening match of the two sees the bottom placed side Warriors taking on the team currently occupying the last of the semi-final spots in the Highveld Lions to get the action underway. This will be the first time this season that the two have met.
Warriors are still looking for their first win in the tournament which is a surprise. Highveld Lions have two wins and two losses so far in their campaign but having lost their previous match on Friday they will be looking for a bounce back.
I wouldn’t like to pick a winner in this match. If I had to I’ve go with the Lions given that they have a decent attack but the bet that I like is for the Warriors to hit the most sixes. They have hit 16 sixes in three innings without playing on one of the smaller grounds while the Lions have only hit 14 in four knocks and eight of them came in one match in Joburg. That makes me think the 7/5 on the Warriors outhitting the Lions is the way to go here.
Cape Cobras vs Knights
The second match of the day will see the home side Cape Cobras in action when they take on the dangerous Knights side who sit in second place in the table and who will be looking to not just close the gap on them and the Titans at the top but also put some distance between them and those below.
Cape Cobras picked up their sole win of the tournament in their last outing so they have something to build on and more importantly they have some confidence which could be key. The Knights should be confident too so I’m expecting to see a decent game here.
I fancy this one will be high scoring too. Twice in this tournament the Cobras would have conceded well in advance of 180 with the ball while the Knights aren’t particularly tight either. Both sides have aggressive batsmen so I don’t believe that a 312.5 run line is too much to be covered. It is only 156 in both innings with a winning run.
