The MLS weekend concludes on Sunday night with three matches and we should get some decent football in among them with some world class players on show across the two conferences.
Matches are beginning to run out in the regular season so for those with hopes of making the top six wins are essential while teams looking to hold on to play-off spots can afford no slip ups.
The third of the matches is live on Sky in the UK with the other two matches available on the streaming consoles wherever you bet. We’ll go through the games in kick off order.

Columbus Crew vs Sporting Kansas City (18.00 BST)
Two sides looking in good positions to reach the play-offs this season do battle in Ohio when the Columbus Crew take on Sporting Kansas City. The Crew will move level with third placed Chicago Fire with a win while Kansas City can temporarily go second in the West with a win of their own.
If this match goes to form when the Columbus Crew will win it. They are four unbeaten heading into the contest while Sporting Kansas City are very hit and miss at the present time and have been since they surprisingly sold Dom Dwyer a month or two ago. That said Columbus are a shade short against a side who don’t concede goals too often so I’ll pass this one over.
Atlanta United vs FC Dallas (20.30 BST)
The big day has finally arrived for Atlanta United as they finally get to play inside their new stadium for the first time and what a match to open things up for them. They take on an FC Dallas side who, to date, are the biggest mystery in the MLS this season.
FC Dallas are usually a very strong outfit, a relentless juggernaut but their form this season has been very patchy and they head into this contest without a win in some seven outings. They have shipped 16 goals in that time too.
Atlanta have not won in four but their performances haven’t dropped off too much. With the motivation of their big day and a very leaky defence in opposition for the likes of Josef Martinez and Miguel Almiron to feast on I’m expecting a home win here.
Seattle Sounders vs Los Angeles Galaxy (02.00 BST)
The big match in the Western Conference this weekend will see the Seattle Sounders return to the summit should they win the match but Los Angeles Galaxy really have to win or their season could well be over even this early in the piece.
Seattle head into this contest unbeaten in 11 matches in the MLS. They have really found their groove after a slow start to their title defence whereas Los Angeles Galaxy have had a shocking season so far. They did win last week though which is a win they will hope to, and need to, build on.
That halted a run of one point in 30 for the Galaxy but before we get too excited about it, it was only against the Colorado Rapids who were without key players. I expect normality to be resumed here with Seattle picking up an important win.
