Week 11 of the NFL 2023 season began in pretty dramatic fashion amidst injuries and some excellent play and it continues on Sunday when the majority of the games get played in the two regular kick off slots.
We are into the second half of the campaign now and as always we have a couple of TV matches to enjoy live and in full on UK TV while the Red Zone show brings us the best of all the other games. Certain matches are available on the bookmaker live streams.
1pm Kick Offs (6pm UK time)
The TV game for us in the UK to enjoy in the first set of games on Sunday is the AFC North battle between the Cleveland Browns and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Both teams are 6-3 for the year but after they saw Baltimore Ravens win on Thursday Night they are each two games behind them in the race for the title so this is a match neither can afford to lose. Seven other matches take place in this time slot with three of them being divisional games. The Detroit Lions will look to extend their lead in the NFC North when they host the Chicago Bears while top host bottom in the AFC South when the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Tennessee Titans. The Washington Commanders host the New York Giants in the NFC East too.
That leaves us with four matches with the Miami Dolphins probably the pick of the teams in action as they look to maintain their lead at the top of the AFC East. They host the Las Vegas Raiders while the Dallas Cowboys will look to enhance their chances of winning the NFC East when they go up against the Carolina Panthers. The other two matches have the Green Bay Packers hosting the Los Angeles Chargers and the Houston Texans going up against the Arizona Cardinals.

4.05/4.25pm Kick Offs (9.05/9.25pm UK time)
The second TV match in the UK will take us to California for a juicy looking NFC dust up as the NFC West leaders San Francisco 49ers look to maintain their advantage heading into a Thanksgiving showdown with the Seattle Seahawks when they welcome Tampa Bay Buccaneers to Levi’s Stadium. The Bucs head west with a 4-5 record for the year but they are still firmly in contention to win the NFC South but probably can’t afford many more slip ups.
There are two other matches in this part of the day and they are both divisional clashes which are always much more important and relevant. The Buffalo Bills haven’t been that consistent this season and as a result they are playing catch up to the Miami Dolphins. They won’t be able to afford to lose to the New York Jets while in the other game the Los Angeles Rams host the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC West with the visitors looking for a win to take into the big game on Thursday night.
Betting
I’m a little bit surprised that a high profile fixture such as the San Francisco 49ers playing host to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has a point total of just 41.5 to it. While I accept both these defences are decent enough, the offensive players on show are more than capable of achieving a relatively low total. I suspect the line is because in the main the Buccaneers’ offense has struggled this season and the 49ers one had a bit of a wobble in the middle of the season but there have been signs of life recently.
San Francisco were floundering a little but came out of their bye week with a resounding 34-3 success against Jacksonville Jaguars last week while out of nowhere the Bucs have put up 57 points in the last two weeks. Importantly, Tampa Bay conceded 39 to the Houston Texans recently and there is no doubt this San Francisco offense is a whole lot better than that one. I still think the Bucs can contribute to the scoreboard so over 41.5 points looks good to me.
