Premier League 2021-22 – Sunday 21st November Matches Tips, TV and Betting Preview

The Premier League weekend concludes with a double header of action which forms the ‘Super Sunday’ show as four teams bring themselves out of the international break looking to kick a big run of matches with three points.

Four of the bigger clubs in the country historically are on show on Sunday on a day which could be big in the race for the title and the battle to get into the European places even this early in the Premier League campaign.

Where to watch

The matches will be shown live and in full on the Super Sunday show which will be on the Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League channels. The programme begins at 1pm with the matches kicking off at 2pm and 4.30pm.

Everton vs Manchester City (14.00)

The opening match of the day comes from Goodison Park where Everton will hope the international break came at a good time and they can come out of it in much better form than they went into it in. They host the champions Manchester City who have seen Chelsea win this weekend already and need to follow suit to keep pace with the leaders.

Goodison is never the easiest place to go but Everton are struggling quite badly with injuries at the minute which should give Manchester City a slightly easier ride of it. That said they have had key players travelling all over the world over the last couple of weeks so it wouldn’t be the biggest surprise to me if they are not bang on it. Even with injuries I’m still reluctant to take Everton on at home, especially at tight prices, so I’m happy enough to leave this one alone.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Leeds United (16.30)

The second match of the day sees Antonio Conte taking charge of Tottenham Hotspur in a home Premier League game for the first time when he comes up against Marcelo Bielsa and his entertaining Leeds United outfit.

I’ve had my doubts over Leeds for most of the season and they haven’t gone away yet. They have only won two matches this season but in Watford and Norwich they have not beaten much and will probably need to find plenty to come away with a win here. If you assess Tottenham on their form so far this season you would probably think they are a little on the short side here but I fully expect them to come to life under Conte and the Italian has had long enough to get stuck in and get his message across even with players away on international duty. Even allowing for that, Harry Kane arrives back having scored a barrel load of goals and should be high on confidence. Leeds look light in the key areas to me so I’m with Tottenham here.
